What a joy this project was! With just two weeks on the clock, we transformed a dark, dated kitchen into a fresh, modern, and inviting space — just in time for our client’s big birthday celebration.

A Fresh Start for a Beloved Space

At Zimmerman & Co , we love a challenge — and this kitchen renovation in Johannesburg was all about working smart, fast, and beautifully. We started by stripping back the old cabinetry , respraying all the units in a crisp white finish to instantly brighten the space.

The rich dark wood elements were sanded down and treated with a clear sealer , preserving their natural warmth while creating balance and contrast.

Bright, Sleek, and Sophisticated

Out with the old - and in with the elegant. The original black stone countertops were replaced with a stunning combination of white marble and Caesarstone , giving the kitchen a light, timeless look.

We also upgraded the plumbing and lighting , ensuring every detail was as functional as it was beautiful. The transformation was immediate - a perfect blend of style, practicality, and personality .
